In order to meet Federal requirements and to better protect your
identity, the UTCID forgotten password process is now under
the additional protection of your security question and answer
and it will lead you to change your password instead of revealing
the current password.  The forgotten password process is available
at https://secure.utc.edu/forgotpw.

You can set or change your security question and answer through
http://OneNet.utc.edu/, in the OneNet Services link in the menu
on the left.

If you forget your password as well as your security answer,
please visit the Help Desk and they will be able to assist
your after you have shown proof of your identity.
