Don't know which State Department you refer to, but the one in the US (and I believe there is only one over there :-)released the following list (see bottom of article):

It includes Denmark and Australia, both of which were absent from your list, an immediate give-away that it was erroneous or incomplete.
The REAL list can be found replicated in a ton of websites, by searching Google with the keywords "coalition of the willing" "State Department".
Include all the quotation marks and spaces as above.
No need for me to voice my opinion, you know what it is (or make an educated guess), and we've long since agreed to disagree anyway.
