Modern equivalent to old RCL command

Fellow Listers,

While using the Reflection emulator, the following MPE commands:
      setvar esc chr(27)
      echo !esc&oBSEND{}

will allow a user to perform a file transfer by displaying a couple of
menus and allowing the user to select the 'local' and 'remote' file names,
the transfer type, etc..

Does anyone know of a similar command that will invoke the more 'modern'
file transfer menu?  I'm looking for something that would be equivalent to
the user pressing the file transfer icon on the emulator's menu bar.
