Does any one have any experience with a brick mason you can recommend?

I am in need of a good brick mason to close up a hole in the front of
my house, the result of a long story/plumbing problem I will spare
you.

The job is considered "small" by the mason's I have been able to get
out to bid the job.  No one ever returns.
