Subject: IRIS "Team to User" Support Meeting

On November 13 there will be an IRIS "Team to User" Support meeting on the
UTC Campus. The meeting will be held in the Benwood Auditorium of the
Engineering, Math and Computer Science building. The format of this meeting
is to bring the entire UT IRIS Administrative Support team (financial, HR,
security/workflow, training) onto the UTC Campus for a 1/2 day question and
answer session. They will make themselves available to answer any questions
that you have and to consider any recommendations that you would like to
make in regards to IRIS. They have asked that we get a list of
questions/suggestions/problems that are on your mind right now so they can
use this information to plan the meeting agenda. Please forward your list
to <mailto:[log in to unmask]> [log in to unmask] by Nov. 5 Thinking in
terms of the following types of statements might get you started:

I wish I could get ___________ from IRIS.
I am having a problem with _____________in IRIS.
I would like to know how to get _________ from IRIS.
I would like to be able to run a report from IRIS that would give me
________.

These are just a few examples. The door is wide open. Thank you and I look
forward to your attendance on November 13.
