Hi, Folks.  We're happy to say that the Faculty Club is opening for Lunch
today!! Lunch will be served from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Monday -
Thursday.  A buffet lunch is offered at $7.50 per person.  Below is this
week's menu:

Monday:    Breast of chicken Coq Auvin
               Broccoli Spears Mornay
               Wild Rice
               Rolls

Tuesday:    Roast of Loin of Pork w/ raspberry glaze
