For those of you trying to download from UTK,  CECA now has a local
copy of the new SAPGUI 6.20 files used to access IRIS.

http://slug.ceca.utc.edu/iris

Please download both files to your PC before beginning the
installation.  Thanks to Rodger Ling of the Helpdesk for providing the
files.  If you cannot access the files, please email me.  If you have
questions about installing them, please call the Helpdesk (4000).  The
delay in providing this service was the increased configuration
required to only allow UTC PCs to download these files.

PS. Install the SAPGui 620 first.
