That page explains your problem.
If you use your  ISP's mail server to send mail then talk to your ISP to
get them to correct the problem of abuse.
If you are using a mail server on your PC then solve the fact that it is
"open".

Basically there is no way to get mail to any address at airmail.net till
your problem of being blocked is solved.

The IP address 216.240.160.204 is currently listed in the Airscreen.net
RBL. Internet America mail servers (and any other servers using the
Airscreen.net RBL) will not accept mail from the stated IP address until
the abuse problem is corrected.
