To All,

I disagree with Steve.  I believe that the first act would be to annex
Arizona and Nevada, that way
complete control of all the money making enterprises ( gambling, water,
hyrdo-electric generators,
nightlife, social recreation clubs  ;-), etc.) would all be in one state.
Think of the tax relief.

Then New Mexico would have to worry about being  next.
