Melissa, you are correct.  We are open M - F, 8 - 5 and always willing to
assist faculty and staff not only with their survey needs but any other
university related project.  I am just surveying the campus for interest.
Please reply to me if you would like more info on the software or if you
would like to talk to someone about doing an online survey.

I understand that there is a survey feature in the Blackboard system that
could be used to survey specific courses or communities within Blackboard,
so I'm assuming that the SumQuest program would be primarily for surveying
external groups, like prospective students, donors, etc.  On the infrequent
occasions that a department needs to implement such a survey, can't we just
enlist the help of the Walker Teaching Resource Center instead of buying the
program at $500 a pop?   That seems a bit wasteful to me, given the current
fiscal crisis.
