Don't miss this year's Town and Gown Ball, Friday, October 3. The
annual event celebrates university and community partnerships and
benefits the UTC Classroom Enhancement Fund. Over the past two
years, almost $75,000 has been raised to upgrade labs and renovate
classrooms.

This year's ball features a fun twist with dinner and dancing in the
new Engineering, Mathematics, and Computer Science Building. The
evening begins at 7 p.m. with a wine and cheese reception at the
Mayor's Mansion Inn (a light reception will also be offered in the
EMCS building), then guests can stroll over to the Engineering,
Mathematics, and Computer Science building for dinner and music by
the Walt Meyer Orchestra at 8 p.m.

Reservations are $150 per couple ($75 per person) with black tie
optional. Reservations can be made by sending payment to Jane
Cashatt in the UTC Development Office or by calling her at 4717.
Please make checks payable to UTC Classroom Enhancement.
