As far as the crap clogging up the inboxes this one ranks right at the top. In what world do you live in where the second person from the top should shelter the blame for the university? Also, who are you to decide that Richard is not deserving of his job? I learned a long time ago that having a high IQ doesn't mean that you have common sense.  Did you really mean to send this email?

Suggesting that Stacy is a second act to Richards agenda doesn't say very much for Stacy. So I am having a hard time concluding that Richard is the problem. What has HE done wrong? If he has done something wrong, he does have a boss who is letting him do it. I also feel that you may have an incomplete view of his resume and accomplishments. He worked his way to that position, so to say that he does not deserve his position makes me wonder who you are and what credentials do you have to base this conclusion on. 

Please keep your personal attacks out of my email. If you have a problem with Richard I am sure that he will listen, but as of yet you have made an off the wall accusation with no information to back it up.

Excuse me.  I read your acrimonious crap like it really affects the world that I live in,
but your observations and opinions are so far based that you might as well be from Mars.

You want to see changes at the University of Tennessee  at Chattanooga, but are oblivious  to 
the need of change of command.  You have a person directly under the Chancellor who has
been a show boat artist for years predating his performance at City Court.  Yes, Richard Brown
is a person to be dealt with&he has actually changed a few well need and deserved criteria in the 
university, but his position as a Vice Chancellor as not deserved.

He may project himself as a leader in the advancement of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, but
he only hinders the progress of our institution as a higher learning facility.  He is only interested in what
the university can provide him..Im surprised that all  you people with higher IQs 140 like mine, havent
figured out that he is not an asset to the community, only a hindrance.  Its not a racial thing at all.  Its simply a fact that he has Bill Stacy performing as a second act to his agenda.

Vote of Confidence:  Keep Bill Stacy.  Improve UTC.  Get Rid of Richard Brown.    I dont have much
in the way of money for him to sue me for&but I will stand behind my personal convictions.
