I just returned from a visit to Mesa.  IT'S STILL TOO HOT THERE FOR ME!!!

The gas crisis has ended.  The media isn't playing it up anymore, I think
that was part of their problem.
I hate to say it, but my son was also peddling gas and bottles of water.  I
think he broke even?

The price of gas seems to have settled down to $2.05 - $2.12 per gallon;
regular unleaded.  I don't believe
it will drop much further until after the Labor Day weekend.

Huh?  Is Mesa someplace in some third-world country?  This kind of stuff -
gas shortages, massive power outages, etc. only occurs in third-world
countries right???
