You forgot your trademark "red meat" tag.

I'll let others respond to the noble scientist rhetoric for now.

Name a few. I bet religious kooks occur with the same frequency as
psychopaths and sociopaths in the general population. Some people are drawn
to power. Some try to benefit others; some even build whole charities,
orphanages, schools, and other subversive institutions.

Pop quiz: who built the first hospital?

I understand that when Richard Dawkins dies, they will rename Charles Darwin
Hospital after him.

Actually, that is a matter of perception, rather like whether or not the
"public press" has a liberal bias. Whole books argue both sides. But "good
religion" is the plane that lands safely. So, when in the US, the Catholic
Church or the Southern Baptist Convention (the largest Protestant
denomination in the US) provide relief, after 9-11 or a hurricane or what
have you, that isn't newsworthy. The Ten Booms did not attract Spielberg's
attention; Schindler did.

You ran into a lot of religion at WSMR?

I wasn't able to find "bombs" mentioned in anyone's holy write, but I did
find James 1:27 Pure and undefiled religion before God the Father is this:
to care for orphans and widows in their misfortune and to keep oneself
unstained by the world.

But, as I said to begin with,
>>In brief, it seems that, yet again, someone without a formal religion
>>misunderstands religion, and mistakes what is religion for what is not.
