Roshan,

the way I see it, you or your company wants free help and information for
Migration plans.
This is fine however it seems you want to sell then this knowledge to
customers or us again. Software vendor.

I've not seen any other company like Robelle, Adager, MBFoster or so doing
that. They are offering help and advise and work hard to gather their
knowledge. They spend alot of money on research and R&D. (At least I hope)

You seem to try to get all this for free in order to sell this "free"
knowledge.
I am very very cautions and skeptical about your intentions.
Thats why I have not answered or given you any information about the
Migration I am involved in.

Sorry if I am wrong but very careful about job-security specially when
dealing with companies from India.
