MPEX has a ";format=files" option for SHOWPROC which (may) show this info -- where I am now we don't have jobs that open ports & listen, but where I worked before we did, and I seem to recall it showed something of value ni this regard [it has been too long for me to remember exactly...]
Failing that, you might want to look into GLANCE or any third-party system management program -- I believe these tools can show who has what "open".
[does anyone know of "lsof" has been implemented in the shell? would that show /dev/<ldevnum> for a "terminal" opened by a job? might it need SM cap?]
