Haven't been there for a while, but generally, way North(Gurnee) is nice and
new.

My brother (about 10 years ago) lived in Bolingbrook, and it wasn't bad.
It's on West Side.

But the happiest place of all is 1060 West Addison-spend an afternoon there
if you can.
