That one thing I found while investigating outsourcing of
migration work to India. While India produces a lot of UNIX
software, MPE never had a very strong installation.
The bottom line was that it doesn't matter how cheap
the labor is, the skills are not there.

Of course the importance of this will be missed by
executives who do not know what a operating system
is, much less why its important do know the difference
of the present and target system. So no doubt a lot of
work will go to India and many deadlines will be missed.

you.
