The City Traffic Engineer¹s office announced today the following:

€ Carter Street from Main Street to 19th Street will be closed on Thursday,
August 28, 2003 from 5:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. for the UTC football game at
Finley Stadium.

€ M.L. King Boulevard from Market Street to Cherry Street and Market Street
from 7th Street to M.L. King Boulevard will be closed from 6:00 p.m. until
11:00 p.m. for the Nightfall Concert Series on Friday, August 29, 2003.  In
addition, the 800 block of Cherry Street will be closed to through traffic
for this event.
