	DEL/3000 (Data Entry Library) part no. 32206A was the precursor to Vplus as the 3000's block mode screen handler.  Like Vplus it was a series of APIs and a screen generator, FORMAINT.PUB.SYS.  It was never ported to the XL box, but there are reports that the product will work on MPE/iX.  HP used to distribute the USL file for the user to add to SL.PUB.SYS.
