Isn't this what DBERROR returns, when it cannot make sense out of the status
returned from the intrinsic, DBUPDATE in this case? So, either it is coming
from DBUPDATE, so contact ITRC, or it's coming from the Amisys QUICK screen,
so contact Amisys.

Then see if someone on-list remembers when this very thing happened to them,
before you hear back through official channels. Which is what you are doing
already.
