More info on this issue, I still have not gotten it to work.

I have now personally witnessed at least 3 users dial in to the remote
console and everything works fine.

But when I go home and use my Reflections 8.00, I can not get control.  I
hit the break key, I also do a Send break from the connection menu.

I am now beginning to wonder if the problem may be a communication
setting, i.e. Enq/Ack or hardware handshaking.

Does anyone have a clues, I am starting to get frustrated.
