Have you done a reload or restore of the SYS account? It could be something
below the hpstage directory that is causing the problem.
Try issuing the "uninstall", followed by "initialize". If "uninstall" does
not work, then manually blow away everything under the hpstage directory, go
back into stageman and "initialize".
