To: Department Heads and other Approvers of Biweekly Time
Noon Today is deadline for approval of all biweekly time for pay period
beginning 6/30/03.
It is IMPERATIVE that all department heads and other approvers of biweekly
time check their IRIS inboxes NOW and approve biweekly time. If approver is
unavailable, departmental IRIS specialist should contact me immediately.
(Also, ALL approvers should have a substitute set up in IRIS. If you don't
know how to set up substitute, consult with your departmental IRIS
specialist or contact Jina Johnson in HR.)
