Then the person should have the balls to IDENTIFY himself/herself
and THEN post whatever s/he wants that would be under the "freedom
of speech".

When I posted a SATIRE under my OWN posting name that everyone knows,
and Nick bars me (without cause) from posting in Scuba-L because I
made a satirical post about HIM and pointed out that he ignored
ALL the violations of his Guidelines by the others, then he violated
my freedom of speech.

MUCH WORSE -- he censored WITHOUT CAUSE, defensible cause, according
to his own guidelines.

He was supposed to have been kicked out of Brown.  The absence of
posts in Scuba-L for awhile let people forget what he did -- check
the ARCHIVES there.

What this poster using a FAKE NAME is nothing but a CHICKEN SHIT
act, just to libel me and call me an "asshole".  Chuck, at least
you had the guts to call me an "asshole" under your posting name.
