hi all!

we had a strange event last night with a system using image
logging.  it appears for this particular database, at some
time, it didn't get it's database log maintenance run
because at number of jobs blew up because the log file was
full.  (i've yet to figure out why the logging didn't roll
over since logging is set to 'auto'....)

it appears that the programmers successfully recovered from
this problem -- however (and this is the real question....)
once the database was reenabled, there were still a lot of
processes that blew up with the following error:

       7781      TURBOIMAGE ERROR AT %027437; RETURN STATUS
= -110
       7782      DBOPEN, MODE 1, ON SFD
       7783      MAXIMUM USER COUNT PER LOG PROCESS REACHED

is this 'user count per log process' what you can configure
in sysgen?  if so, then....

        configurable item              max      min
current

-------
        # of user logging processes     128       2      15
        # users per logging process     1140      1      30

was the '128' value hit?               - d
