For SIG JAVA, I think it's not only a question of 'when', but also of
'who' -- my chances of attending HPWorld have dropped to near-zero since
my paper wasn't accepted.  Last I heard, Gavin's attendance was also
uncertain.  Any SIG JAVA members out there want to pick up the baton and
chair the meeting if neither of us can attend?
