Hi All,
I have run into a problem that I hope I can get some input on. Medicaid in it's infinite wisdom has only allowed us to submit claims to them on Magnetic reel. We just received notice that as of 07/01/03 they will no longer accept these tapes, but they still can not receive transmissions in any format. They will only accept 3490 tapes. The only thing I can think of to quickly solve this is to put a 3490 tape drive on a PC (if possible) and then transfer the file to the PC, and then create the tape.
Does anyone have any experience, and input to this plan. As you can tell I have 4 days to find, and implement a solution. Don't you just love working with government agencies. Thanks for any input.
