My client had a new board installed on their HP3000 and ever since then
the
system has had slower response times. In fact, it seems to be getting
worse. The hardware people said this couldn't be due to the board they
installed (to increase the max user limit). Is there possibly some
configuration that needed to change with installation of the board?

Any help you can give would be appreciated. Thanks.

Without being a smartass, are you running slower because you have more
people working (you did increase the user limit)? Maybe you've hit the
bend in the knee point. Do you have tool like Glance to show what's
hogging the system?
