That page only includes MPE-specific SIGs.  Others like SIG Java aren't
there because they have applicability beyond just MPE.  So go to the full
session catalog to see all "SIG" sessions.

Also I don't think they've done the scheduling yet, so all you can see now
is the list of sessions.  You can't yet find out when or where each session
will take place.
