Using sockets. MPE 6.0 PP2.

We need a shorter timeout when connecting to a PC that is shut down. Default
timeout on "IPCONNECT" appears to be 60 seconds. We need more like 5.

IPCCONTROL does not appear to do it. The timeout in IPCCONTROL only appears
to be for after a connect. Setting it does not appear to change IPCCONNECT
timeout.

I do not see the parameter and/or statement to change this. Is it part of
network config? If so, where?
