FSCHECK file problem

 Hi

I had a problem where a file was reporting a bad UFID.

I used fscheck cd;fix to purge the file and restored the missing file
from a tape.  Everything is ok now.

My question is ...

Do I need to worry about my disc or could the bad UFID be caused by
some other minor problem ?
