Actually, it should be
Mon, 2 Jun 2003 09:39:04 -0400
instead of
Mon, 2 Jun 2003 09:39:04 -0004

But I wasn't sure if Joe was complaining about the hour or the minute. His
subject line said "UTC server", which could indicate Universal Time
Coordinated, but on the other hand could be University of Tennesee at
Chattanooga.
