Obviously it's too early in the morning and I can't subtract two simple
numbers. The equation should have said:
Mon, 2 Jun 2003 13:39:04 +0000 = Mon, 2 Jun 2003 09:39:04 -0004
and the time zone that Joe should be in is EDT.
