Along this vein...
I'd like to thank Facilities and the generator acquired last year
for keeping the Hunter Computing Center services and UTC core and
Internet networking services alive during the long power outage on
campus. Registration, ASIS, UTC's presence on the web, and most
other centrally provided computing and networking services continued
to operate yesterday during the power outage. Without that generator,
there would have been no network or computing services.
