Mate! An excellent riposte! :-)))
However, I would add that being prepared to follow all the necessary
procedures is not as much of a problem as actually *remembering* what they
are. Which gets back to the duration of training programmes and the fact
that a lot of divers are being certified before the motor-skills have become
second-nature; and before they fully understand each machine's
capabilities - and limitations! :-)
