Has anyone tried to use openssl, 0.9.6a, with MPE/iX C.55.07?  This is
the version distributed by HP.  Yes, I know, MPE/iX 6.0 is stated as a
pre-requisite - but with the note that it has not been tested on earlier
versions.

Code compiled on 6.0 isn't necessarily backward compatible, put perhaps
I could recompile it on 5.5.
