Since your servlet application runs fine for all your other customers
you can probably conclude that the BEA servlet server is behaving
properly.

So I would start with the Microsoft browser and work through to the
proxy server. My guess would be its a problem with the IE6 browser;
perhaps you could try upgrading the client side JRE plugin  or try
switching to the 5.5 release of Internet Explorer.  Alternatively use
the JSP applet/bean plugin action element on the server side to ensure
the JRE provided in the browser is not an issue.
