I'm looking at a print file, and it contains a pair of escape sequence:
[Esc](s3B and [Esc](s0B. Those sure do look familiar. Googling turns up lots
and lots of printers that use these, including LaserJets. I suspect this is
much older than LaserJets. I think it's older than me.

Does anyone care to reminisce? Who first said "[Esc](s3B" turns on bold?
