Not to start another thread or anything, but...

Do any of the "Mainframe", "Mini-Computer", "Micro-Computer, "Mid-Range"
terms make any sense anymore?

Seems to me the more usual terms are "Desktop", "PC", or "Client" for any
smaller computer where the main function is local processing (i.e. not
serving data out over a network). And "Server" for just about anything else.
Hasn't HP been referring to the HP3000 as a "Server" for years?

I suppose a case could still be made for "Super Computer". Though even this
term seems to be dead.
