We need a knowledgeable, reliable contractor for a relatively small, but
possibly complicated job--replacement of water-damaged wood at our front
entrance and (most importantly) designing a way to avoid reoccurence of
problem.  Any suggestions of suitable contractors for such a project would
be greatly appreciated.
