Hello anyone know what a FLT 1009 is? I am
installing 7.5 pp1 on a 918.   The system crashes
on the update from the CSLT with a FLT 1009.

I saw a few cases of this when booting from a CSLT on my 987-200 (created on a DD3).  I cleaned & re-cleaned the DDS3 drive with a cleaning tape, performed store/restore to verify no errors and then recreated and booted from a CSLT written to a new 120 Meter tape.
