Hi Folks,
    I just wanted to pass along an article about a practice that seems to to
be prevalent among large companies, notably Cisco(as I just learned) and HP.
In particular the attitude that their customers are only there to be fed
upon, almost at any level. Reader B in the article below could almost be an
MPE/iX homesteader. These guys must all go to lunch together.....
