I think the problem is that they have more problems with the printers and
other equip...the HP3000 "big iron" is so darn solid that they don't field
nearly the number of calls!

It's for durn sure that someone calling in on a 3000 printer (or a 9000 for
that matter) won't by mistake get transfered to the mpe or hpux groups!
How sad that the *big iron* that still supports thousands of users is of
less moment than a printer...  especially if for some reason that big iron
has taken a hit and is dead in its tracks.
Ah well... what is business-continuation worth, anyway?
