That might work.  Sometimes depending on the way the machine comes up, you
could have the job queues closed.  This command will open them all globally
across the system.

My never ending saga continues.  In my quest to attempt to connect to the
network, somehow I changed something.  Now all jobs go into queue noted as
WAIT 1, WAIT 2, ETC.  My jobfence is 1, and jlimit and slimit are 60.
I cannot abort the jobs, it looks like it does, but they still appear at
showjob.  If I try to shutdown, it hangs at shutdown of jobs and sessions.

WHAT HAPPENED and what can I do to fix.
