I am trying to help a local charity with their email setup. They use
Outlook (Office/XP) which I am not familiar with.

What they want to do is have a number of people using different computers
share or have access to a centrally maintained list of email addresses on a
Win2K system that has shared disc space via a network. The email list
could be maintained in Outlook, MSAccess, or some other way (ACT, etc) as
long as the cost is not too high.

As an alternative, we could switch to some other email client if someone
has a really good suggestion that they know works well but there are some
advantages to sticking with Outlook (mostly training and cost).

Any help or suggestions would be REALLY welcome.
