Thank you all for your help....

On a less bright note about HP ;-(

We had placed a call for support at 5:15PM on a Friday night. Hmm client has 8-
5pm Monday through Friday... OK so the call center person asks what time is it
where we are and I tell her 5:15PM. so she logges the call gives us a call id
and says she will place the call for us on Monday at 8:00AM... I ask if she
can just notify the local CE that we have a problem and have them try to call
us earlier than 9:00 am Monday and guess what... THAT WOULD NOT HAPPEN. We
will not have coverage until 8:00AM MONDAY...

How low can they go..... Best news though is that we just shut the system off
and have left it in the corner. The contract was up on the 10th of April
anyway and why spend anymore money on a non-responsive company for a lousy 15
minutes over the time limit..

This was no joke... The company that pulled the plug was really thinking about
keeping the system around for 6 more months.
Not now...

Thanks HP

another one bytes the dust
