The value of F-XFCODE is set earlier in the program, based on the type of
file we're trying to create. A value of 'KSAM' reflects the original CM
KSAM format; a value of 'KSM64' reflects KSAM/64; and a value of 'KSMXL'
reflects KSAM/XL. This value is similar to a FileCode of '1052' which
represents a COBOL Source File (EDTCT).
By the way, I've managed to recreate the same problem using FCOPY:
