Dear Friends,

I need help. A pair of large, friendly, German Shepherd dogs have decided to live at the Jones Observatory. Oridnarily, we appreciate interest and participation from all segments of the community. However, our observatory is not a good environment for dogs.

The male is huge, middle aged and quite friendly. The female is smaller, younger, and very shy. The male has a collar. Otherwise they have no identification.

If anyone knows someone who lost dogs fitting this description in the East Brainerd area, please let me know. If anyone has any helpful suggestions, please let me know. If anyone wants to give them a nice home and share an interest in astronomy with them, please let me know.

Thanks,
Jack Pitkin
