Arlie had quadruple bypass surgery on Friday and went through it
splendidly.  The major concern now, of course, is that he not get any kind
of infection or come down with pneumonia again.  He is still in intensive
care but is doing well and is in good spirits.  Hugh and I saw him very
briefly yesterday afternoon and passed along the regards of the UTC
community to him.  He expressed his appreciation for your concern and
expressions of support.
